I just saw in the paper that Judge Hurd refused to reinstate the pension COLA! Maybe I should have spelled his name with a "T".

I have also noted that judges in NJ did not have their pensions effected by the new pension laws? Very curious isn't it?? *************************************************
it is egregious that teachers have to see this in the nj papers every other day, what an unfair practice he is displaying, will not vote for him ever, never did, the obese politician that he is, cannot stand this downgrading of our profession especially in physical education.
