This letter brings to mind a story told to me by a colleague
who was teaching physics in a neighboring community.
After a classroom observation the supervisor mentioned to the
teacher -
"That was an excellent lesson. How long did it take you to prepare
it?"
My friend paused and then replied "About ten years!"
Does experience count?
I think so!!
Unfortunately, I think for many, obtaining jobs for those who are connected and saving money counts more!
